 Gary Morgan
Gary Morgan is a life-long resident of Jessamine County, and is the owner and operator of GEM Construction for 30 years. He has been a resident of the 6th District since 1977 and has served as magistrate since September 2008.
Gary currently assists the Court in overseeing matters that involve Parks & Recreation, Riney-B Park, Emergency Services, and is a member of the Nicholasville NOW Committee. Gary is here to serve the needs of the 6th District and all of Jessamine County.
